Your family deserves a village.
What I Offer
I handle the night shifts so you can sleep and heal. Includes infant feeding, diapering, soothing, and safe sleep support — so you wake up rested and restored.
Daytime presence for the whole family — newborn care, feeding guidance, emotional support, and light household help as you settle into life with your new baby.
Nourishing, warming meals made with whole foods to support your recovery. I can also assist with grocery runs so your kitchen is stocked and one less thing is on your plate.
Tried-and-true picks, non-toxic swaps, natural materials, and minimalist essentials — only what you actually need, nothing you don't.
How It Works
Getting started is easy. You focus on growing your baby — I'll take care of the rest.
Start by filling out the inquiry form on the website — share a little about your family, your due date, and what you're looking for.
We connect over the phone to talk through your family's needs, my services, and availability — a chance to make sure we're the right fit before moving forward.
I come to you. We walk through your space, get to know each other in person, and build out a plan of action tailored to your family.
We sign contracts and secure your dates with a deposit. Then we wait for the moment you've been preparing for — and I'll be ready when it comes.

I've spent the last six years in homes with families — and there is nowhere I would rather be.
Growing up surrounded by mothers in my life having home births, midwives, and doulas, I was raised learning how to nourish the mind, body, and soul — and as an older sibling, I was taught early on what goes into a nurtured childhood. How much it matters for family to show up for family, and that understanding of what motherhood truly requires, has never left me.
They say it takes a village — but most people don't have that anymore. I see how undersupported mothers are, and I've dedicated my work to being that community. This is the most important job in the world, and so many families go into it undereducated and without enough people in their corner. I want to be that person. The one who shows up, helps guide, and is just there when you need it.
I truly believe that when you take care of the mother, you take care of the baby — and that starts with rest.
My philosophy is rooted in the belief that the postpartum period is sacred — a time of profound transformation that deserves to be protected, not rushed. I believe matrescence — the deep identity shift a woman moves through as she becomes a mother — is real, and it requires rest, nourishment, time, and understanding. Drawing from practices like Zuò Yuè Zi and the principle of keeping mother and baby home through the first forty days, I prioritize bonding, sleep for both mom and baby, whole-food nourishment, limiting exposure to environmental toxins in those early weeks, and a gentle transition into the mother you are becoming. I'm also trained in infant sleep conditioning and scheduling for families returning to work soon — because my approach is holistic, yet respectful of every individual family's needs.
Some days you need someone to roll up their sleeves and get things done. Other days you just need someone to sit with you and listen. I show up for both — steady, knowledgeable, and fully in your corner.
Whole-community support — food, care, wisdom, and presence — all in one person.
Honoring the profound identity shift a woman moves through as she becomes a mother.
Protecting the sacred postpartum window for rest, bonding, and deep healing.
Partners, siblings, and your recovery matter too — rooted in tradition, flexible to your family.
